Who We Serve
We work with general contractors, excavation crews and site managers who need portable toilet rental on their schedules, not ours. Tempe construction projects often run tight, and we keep equipment moving in and out the same day you call. Event planners rent restroom trailers for weddings, festivals and marathons because they want guests comfortable and compliant with code. Agricultural operations need sanitation that meets OSHA 1928.110 field sanitation rules. Homeowners doing home renovation rent a standard unit for a week or a month. We also pump residential septic tanks every 3 to 5 years and haul waste from grease traps and holding tanks.
Our Equipment
A standard portable toilet is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands 92 inches tall. We stock deluxe flushable units, ADA accessible models that meet ADA Standards section 213.2 for clear door openings of 32 inches minimum and a 60 inch turning circle, and porta johns for tight sites. Roll-off dumpsters need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck to set down safely. Restroom trailers come with running water, real sinks and flushable toilets; we deliver them to Tempe event sites, film sets and construction compounds. Storage containers hold tools and materials for 30 days or longer. Temporary fencing secures job sites. Handwashing stations with soap and towels satisfy 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) and OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) where employees apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides.

Service and Support
We pump septic tanks on call and handle emergency septic service when a system backs up. Tempe homeowners and contractors know we answer the phone and dispatch same day when it's urgent. We service portable restrooms once a week under the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline interval, which handles up to 10 users over 40 hours. Weekly service includes tank pumping, toilet paper restocking, disinfectant and odor control. If you need event restroom rental for a wedding, festival or concert, we deliver the right count, service it during your event and haul it out when you're done. We keep construction site services on schedule because a missing toilet slows the whole crew.
How do I know what size dumpster I need?
Roll-off dumpsters come in 10, 20, 30 and 40 yard sizes. A 10 yard holds roughly one bedroom's worth of junk; a 20 yard takes a kitchen remodel; a 30 to 40 yard empties a garage. We help you choose on the phone and swap sizes if you're off.
How often do you service a portable toilet?
We pump and service once per week as the standard interval. High-traffic sites get serviced twice a week. We deliver Monday through Friday and handle emergency porta potty rental on weekends if you call ahead.
Do I need a permit to place a portable toilet in Tempe?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. Call ahead if you're setting one near a street or sidewalk. Private property rarely requires a permit.
What goes in a roll-off dumpster?
Lumber, drywall, concrete, asphalt shingles, appliances and yard debris all go in. See what cannot go in a dumpster for hazardous materials and restricted items.
Can I rent a restroom trailer just for the weekend?
Yes. Restroom trailer rental rates are higher for weekend delivery and pickup because we stage the unit and return it Monday morning. Call for a quote on your dates.
