How to Reach Us
Phone us during business hours. Email works any time and we'll reply within one business day. If you need septic pumping service or a roll-off dumpster on an emergency timeline, mention that in your message so we can flag it. Tempe residents south of the airport often ask about weekend delivery. We handle those. Tell us your address and your rental start date and we'll quote you the cost right away.
What Information We Need
Location matters. Street address tells us whether you're in Tempe proper, in Guadalupe 3.5 miles southwest, or somewhere else in the service area. We need the job start date, the rental duration (day, weekend, week or month), and what you're renting: standard or deluxe portable toilets, ADA accessible units, restroom trailers, storage containers, temporary fencing, handwashing stations or cleanup dumpsters. For construction sites, tell us how many workers. We size toilet counts under OSHA 1926.51(c)(1): one facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers up to 200. For events, guest count helps. Placement details matter too. A standard unit is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands about 92 inches tall. Do you have 60 feet of straight clearance for a roll-off delivery truck? Is the site paved or gravel? Those facts shape what we can bring and when.

Pricing Questions
We quote by the day, weekend, week and month. Weekend rates cost more than daily rates for the same unit. Longer rentals drop the per-unit cost. A monthly porta potty rental in Tempe runs lower per day than a daily rental. Here's what standard portable toilet rental looks like:
| Duration | Price Range |
|---|---|
| Per Day | $100 - $350 |
| Per Weekend | $125 - $400 |
| Per Week | $130 - $500 |
| Per Month | $125 - $325 |
Deluxe flushable units cost more. ADA accessible portable toilets start around $120 per week. Delivery fees are separate. Ask whether your quote includes service visits. One service call per week is the baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sanitation standard for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week. Extra visits cost more. Restroom trailers run much higher than portable toilets but they're climate controlled and have real plumbing, so crews stay comfortable on long jobs in Tempe heat.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same week in most cases. We confirm the site address and access route first, then schedule the truck. Roll-off dumpsters need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so let us know if you have tight parking or overhead wires.
Do you service on weekends?
Yes. Weekend rates apply. Tell us which Saturday or Sunday you need delivery and we'll check the calendar.
What if I need to extend my rental?
Call us before your end date. We'll adjust the invoice and keep the unit on site. Monthly rentals are cheaper per day than weekly if you're staying longer than a few weeks.
Can you place a unit in the street or public right of way?
Placement in public areas needs confirming with Tempe city authorities. Tell us where you want the unit and we'll verify the rules. Some sites allow it with a permit; others don't. Better to ask before we deliver.
Do handwashing stations come with soap and towels?
Handwashing stations rent separately from portable toilets. Under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), washing facilities must include soap and a towel or hand drying device. We supply those. Hand sanitizer alone doesn't meet the rule.
